SL-WEEK 34: Trees

Have a look at the following link and see what it is all about:

SL-WEEK 34 : Trees

Cherry tree in full bloom, New Zealand

“Kapokboom” in full bloom, Mokopane, South Africa

A bit extra on the Kapokboom:

Ceiba speciosa – Silk floss tree – Kapokboom

Considered one of the most beautiful trees in the world, this Brazilian native thrives in South Africa. When in full bloom, this spectacular tree is hard to miss with its clouds of large, flimsy lily-like pink flowers cascading from the green branches.

  1. Oppad Crystal Springs toe het ons verby bome met pienk blomme gery…. weet nie of dit dieselfde bome is as in jou foto nie…. maar dit was so ‘n mooi gesig.

Welkom by my nuwe "Ons lewe in Paraguay" Blog. Aangesien my vorige blog se spasie my nie toegelaat het om verder daar te blog nie, moes ek noodwendig ‘n ander blog oopmaak.
