The staff of the school had a wonderful evening out on Saturday.
We went to an Azian cooking school.
Everything was ready for the cooking!
The session started 6:30 pm.
The instructor/tutor/chef demonstrated
what we had to do to make a perfect meal.
We first made spring rolls.
Then the main meal:
pork, lemon grass and chilli(which I did not use).
On the plate was a cup of rice and fresh lettuce.
It was very tasteful and delicious to eat.
