A wonderful photo, with the raindrops glistening. It might be a little early for daffodils, but it’s a nice reminder that spring is on its way!

They are a bit early for spring but with this changing weather they won’t know how to react on it.

We had exactly the same thing here in January. We had daffodils in flower – very early – and the heavy snow suddenly arrived in February and ruined most of them. I hope that doesn’t happen to yours as well. It’s been a funny year for garden plants altogether. Most of our roses were wrecked by violent winds and rain in June. I always love to see the first spring flowers. They are a promise that nice warmer weather is not too far away.

Ag dis pragtig Scrapy. Alhoewel ek hulle nooit self in my tuin gehad het nie bly dit een van die mooiste blomme vir my.

Lovely – Spring already?

Way too early for spring. The flowers don’t know what to do anymore or how to react an the temperatures anymore.

I agree – here it is the same. And the birds arrive too late for some insects in spring.

Dit was vir my ook die mooiste verwelkoming terug by die skool Maandagoggend vroeg(7.20am). Dit was so trietsig, koud en nat en hier staan n hele beddinkie met seker so 20 affodille voor by die ingangsdeur.

Nog nie rerig lente nie. Die temperature wissel so erg hier dat die arme plante nie weet wat om te doen nie.

Very pretty. I saw a few out here in Christchurch and that seems way too early.

Yes, way to early. This row greeted me on Monday morning when I unlocked the school to welcome back some children at Before School Care.
