I wonder what happened to the top of these toadstools?
I found them on the side of the pavement while walking Trompie.

The best of those projects are that all the material is there. I just need to sit down and do it. I think it will happen now that I’m not going to school every day.

It was a good thing you had the material there ready to go.

I’ve got to make a list of what I need to do first.
House cleaning
Writing
Scrap booking
Quilting
Nearly forgot. I’m busy knitting a warm jersey for Bea that needs my attention now before the winter is over, haha.

Move the knitting up the list! It is getting cool now. Lists are great ways to keep on task.

I saw pictures of the same mushrooms a couple years ago. Searched around and found them on https://rosegrowing.blogspot.com/2008/12/strange-fungi-appeared-at-my-roses.html
But it looks like s/he has no name for them either, though “jellyfish fungi” seems apt. Looks to be in the southern hemisphere, though, as he’s growing roses at Christmastime.
Not sure it helps, but…

I had a look on line and found https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mycena_interrupta or Pixie Parrasol. I think these two were already open a while because the afternoon they were gone when I walked past the place.
