This weeks prompt is: INSPIRATION
On my daily walks, just after New Year, I discovered this NZ Christmas tree. It’s the first time I’ve seen it with my own eyes. I was inspired by the look and beauty of the”bush” and its bright red blooms. It gave me INSPIRATION to know that nature is still thriving.
Does anyone know if this is a Rata or Pohutukawa “bush”?
Mummy decided to organize a party.
I won’t be home on my first birthday.
Mum invited all my(her) local friends.
We had a good time!
At first, we sat outside, but it was
extra hot and windy.
I played the xylophone with my feet.
Jummy, jummy cake.
A little later I found my lucky feeder.
We sat under the table enjoying the feast.
A photo of a very handsome little fellow called
He was interested in me taking photos. He kept on asking questions on how the camera worked, where to switch it on and off, where the light(flash) came from…
This week, share a photo of something that brings you satisfaction. It can be monumental, minor, or something in between.
Hop over to The Daily post and see more ideas on satisfaction.
Taking photos gives me a lot of satisfaction especially when the photos are special like the following ones:
I think this is an Anthurium Sweet Dreams
Last three to four weeks we had unusual weather. It was still just over 20 degrees C which is quite hot for this time of year. We also had a lot of rain too. The warm weather brought two cyclones. Cyclone Debbie was the first one and less than a week it was followed by cyclone Cook. Debbie did not reach us in the lower North Island but cyclone Cook brought heavy rain and strong winds. People were asked to put their long weekend arrangements on hold because some roads were expected to wash away, slips could also occur.
As soon as the weather cleared again I found more toadstools popping out. I found these on the lawn on the roadside.
